Bourbon County Democrats invite the public to their free fall barbecue and old-fashioned political rally on October 22 at 6:00 p.m. at the Legion Building, Bourbon County Park. Confirmed speakers to date are former State Representative Sannie Overly, Kentucky House Democratic Floor Leader Rocky Adkins, and candidate for Kentucky State Treasurer Michael Bowman. A surrogate for Sheri Donahue, candidate for Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts, will be joining us as well.
Up in Smoke BBQ will provide pulled pork and chicken. Volunteers of the Executive Committee will be dishing up sides, drinks, and desserts. Darnaby Kerns and Erin Sliney will provide music.
