Free Food, Plenty of Politicking at the Bourbon County Park!
Bourbon County Democrats are hosting a free Chili Supper and rally at Legion Hall in Bourbon County Park on October 30 from 6–8:00 p.m. Amy McGrath, candidate for the U.S. House seat currently held by Andy Barr, will headline.
Other speakers will be Emily Ferguson, candidate for the 72nd District Ky. House seat recently vacated by Rep. Sannie Overly; Mark Offutt, candidate for County Judge-Executive; and all Democratic candidates for local office.
Everyone’s invited. Come out to Bourbon County Park and join the Democrats for chili, drinks and some good old-fashioned political rallying! Meet the candidates, ask questions, and state your concerns. It’s all free and lots of fun!
The Democrats’ official campaign space is open at 600 Main Street, and there are yard signs and bumper stickers for most candidates. Check in with Nolan or Ben. The office is open Tuesday–Saturday, noon to 8:00 p.m.
